1. What should I do if I am having a problem accessing my photo?

If you are having trouble accessing or viewing your photo, please use our Photo Support Wizard.

2. Where do I enter my PIN?

To enter your PIN and view your photo go to the site listed on the pin pass you received at the event. You can not access your photo from this site.

3. Where do I find my PIN?

Your unique PIN is located on the pin pass you received at the event.

4. How do I re-login to a view photo I have already registered? Do I need to keep my photo PIN pass?

To view a previously registered photo go to the website listed on your PIN pass and enter your e-mail address under Option 2. If your photo is registered, you only need to keep your PIN pass to know what website to go to.

5. I can not find the photo PIN pass that I received at the event. Can I still access my photo?

Our apologies, but we are unable to provide PIN numbers after you have received your photo pass.

6. I entered the PIN from my card, but the photo that appeared is not mine. How can I view my correct photo?

To find your photo, please use our Photo Support Wizard.

7. Why do you need my e-mail address in order to access my photo?

Your photo is e-mailed to you when you enter you e-mail address. Your e-mail address also becomes your log-in to easily view and share your photo in the future.

8. Am I, or my friends and family, going to receive a bunch of unwanted e-mails from eshots or other companies by accessing my photo?

No. When you registered your photo, if you requested to be notified of product updates and specials, then you my receive e-mail from the event sponsor.

9. Can you send me a copy of my photo in the mail?

Not yet, but you can print your photo in a commemorative frame by clicking on the Print Photo icon located on your photo home page. If you do not have your own printer, just send your photo to a friend or family member and ask them if they will print it for you.

10. How long will my photo stay active on this website before it is removed?

Your photo home page will remain active for a minimum of 3 months from date of issue. Some of our sponsors may extend this time frame up to one year.

11. How can I permanently remove my photo from this website?

Mail your original Photo PIN Pass to: eshots, Inc. Photo Removal Dept., 233 N Michigan Ave, Suite 420, Chicago IL 60601. You must include your name and signature along with the original PIN Pass; no reproductions will be accepted. Please include the words "Please Remove Photo" in your request.

Note: Removing your photo from the website will eliminate any other individuals depicted in the photo to be able to access the picture.

12. I am a potential eshots client. How can I get more information about using the eshots service at my next promotion?

13. What does eshots do with my data and my photographs?
