The eshots team is comprised of cross-functional professionals with specific skill sets in data collection, data analysis and other related fields. Leveraging extensive work experience at large enterprise organizations, our staff has a combination of experience related to CRM, online commerce and event marketing, equipping your organization with the expertise of professionals who understand your company’s needs because they have been in your shoes.
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Craig is a recognized expert in the event marketing space and is a trusted advisor to some of the largest marketers in the world. He began his career as a successful account executive with PS Promotions and later assumed the responsibility of Vice President of Marketing and Promotions for the Sitour Agency. During his tenure, he managed several large client accounts with a specialty around ski-related promotions for Fortune 500 clients. Craig launched eshots in 1998, spurred on by a request from one of his largest clients. As the company evolved, Craig recognized the value events played in helping marketers gain insight to event participant’s interests in learning, selecting and buying products. Craig is active in a number of charitable and not-for-profit organizations in the Chicago area. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer
Kurt serves as the COO & CFO for eshots and is responsible for the Account Management, Operations and Finance functions within the organization. Kurt is a Chicago tech and tech-enabled services veteran, most recently serving as the CFO of Hostway, a top provider of managed services related to cloud and application hosting solutions. Prior to Hostway, he was the COO & CFO of ShopperTrak, the leader of shopper insights and analytics to brick and mortar retailers around the world. Kurt's leadership has focused on enabling rapid growth while also improving the quality and scalability of the services delivered to clients. Kurt has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is also a licensed CPA.
